Embroidered logo’s are generally used on polo shirts and hats and brings depth and dimension to you design or logo. Screen printed images can usually be more detailed than embroidered ones. There is a 12 piece minimum for both screen printing and embroidery on garments. Please note that the more you order the less your price per item will be.
The item quantity, number of colors in your design (for screen printing only), number of print or embroidery locations, and the garment brand/style all affect the price. The more garments you order, the cheaper the price will be.
We can send a blank shirt or hat sample for you to check the quality, fit, and color at no charge. We do bill these for accounting and inventory purposes, but this will be credited upon returning it or placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot send a printed or embroidered sample with your design due to the costs involved. We guarantee our printed and embroidered products 100%, so if you are not happy with the final outcome, we will happily reprint or refund your money completely.

We guarantee a 10 business day delivery from art approval. Rush service is available for an additional 25% of the item total which guarantees your order will be delivered within 5 business days. We can ship to multiple addresses. However, we cannot offer free delivery because of the costs involved. We can ship overseas or to neighboring countries, but we cannot offer this service for free. Absolutely! We offer FREE design service and encourage our customers to take advantage of this. We have over 20 years’ experience and our design team will come up with options for you. We will take into consideration what items you are purchasing so that the design can be tailored to that product(s).
We accept artwork in the following formats: JPG, PNG, PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, ZIP. Our file size limit is 32MB. For vectored formats (AI, EPS) please be sure to convert all fonts to paths. For image formats, a dpi of 200 or higher is recommended. If you have problems with your file upload, please use our contact form or email answers@customteesnow.com to send us the file and we will assist you with any issues or convert it to an accepted format – for free.
We can print 14″ X 14″. However the size of the shirt can be a factor as well. Our art department will use the most appropriate print size for each order. However, feel free to request a maximum imprint size on your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We do not print individual names or numbers.
Absolutely not! Your design will be stored on our server for any future orders by you only.
Possibly. A large design print might not fit onto a youth small shirt, fitted ladies shirt or tank, and conversely, the smaller print size required for a youth or ladies shirt might look too small for an adult XL shirt. Our design team will let you know any potential conflicts during the art approval process. The common solution is to print a smaller version of your design on the youth shirts. However, depending on the complexity of your design, there can be an additional cost involved. We will work with you to keep this to a minimum while getting your desired outcome.
